摘要:
基于静电聚焦像增强器图像畸变产生的机理,建立图像几何畸变和亮度失真校正的数学模型,并编制校正软件包.作为实际作用,对一种40/13像增强器的输出图像进行了畸变和亮度校正,用最大畸变为17.2%,亮度均匀性为75%的像增强媛输出图像,经校正后,畸变减小为3.4%,亮度均匀性达到90%.该校正方法和软件还可用于其他因径向线性放大率变化而造成图像畸变的校正.
Abstract:
The image intensifiers are widely used in x-ray, UV and infrared imaging. The image distortions caused by the electron optical system consists of two parts-geometric distortion (usually pin-cushion distortion) and brightness distortion. Therefore, a correction model is needed for rectifying such distortions. The proposed model aims to build up a relationship between a real image and a benchmark image so as to help obtain a correct image from distorted image. The distortion correction software is developed to correct the geometric and brightness distortions. In order to avoid inherent distortion from the optical imaging system, the target ,the image intensifier and the CCD camera are all coupled with fiber optics. The experimental results show that the corrections of distortions for the 40 /13 image intensifier are satisfied. The maximum distortion and the brightness uniformity of the output image of the intensifier can be improved to 3.4%and 90%separately by proposed correction technique. The proposed model and software can also be used to correct other image distortions caused by radial linear amplification change.
