摘要:
利用光纤耦合 InGaAs 半导体激光器作抽运源 , 研制一台端面泵浦薄片式全固态 Yb YAG 激光器 . 使用掺杂浓度为 6% Yb YAG 晶体 , 在泵浦功率 20 W , 基于平 - 凹腔获得 2.6 W TEM00 1 030nm 连续激光输出 , 光束发散角为 10 mrad, 阈值为 3.2 W, 光光转换效率为 13%, 斜效率为 18.6%.
Abstract:
Based on a fiber coupled InGaAs Laser , an all - solid - state , end - pumped Yb YAG Laser system was developed. A CW TEM00 mode output of 2 . 6W at 1030 nm was obtained with a 6 at .% doped Yb YAG microchip crystal when the pump power was 20W. The beam angle of divergence was 10 mrad , and threshold was 3 . 2W , the optical - optical efficiency and slope efficiency were 13 % and 18 . 6 % respectively.
