摘要:
利用竹子为弹性元件, 研究其力学性能的重复性和老化性, 以及竹子取样部位对其弹性性能的影响. 指出取材于竹子外皮层2mm厚度以内的竹片可作为优质弹性元件, 竹片的弹性模量沿径向成梯度分布, 与其厚度成线性关系, 竹制弹性元件的性能与竹材的组成和结构密切相关.
Abstract:
The repeatability and aging stability of the elastic device based on bamboo were studied. The influence of the different bamboo sections on its elastic property was measured. The results show:① a bamboo piece from the 2mm-out-layer of bamboo could be used as an excellent elastic component;② the bamboo’s modulus of elasticity along radial direction exhibits a gradual variation;③ the modulu changes linearly with bamboo’s thickness
