摘要:
应用Delphi调查法, 分析影响承包商项目成本的主要风险因素, 并以此为基础建立风险评价的层次模型;通过构造区间判断矩阵, 采用不确定层次分析法确定风险评价的指标权重, 探讨运用这些指标进行建设项目风险模糊综合评判的具体方法. 通过工程实案, 验证了本文提出的风险评价方法.
Abstract:
Major risk factors for cost of contractor are summarized by investigating method of Delphi, and a model of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for project risk evaluation is developed. AHP method is applied to calculate the index weight by forming interval number evaluation matrix. Meanwhile, the concrete method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is probed. Using the index weights to analyse project risks is discussed in detail A real example is given in this paper.
