摘要:
对三白草和蕺菜的核型进行分析,结果表明,三白草的染色体基数为X = 11,染色体数目为2n = 22, K(2n) =22 =4 m + 16 sm +2 st,与其祖先原始染色体基数一致,是科中最原始的一个分类群. 蕺菜属的染色体数目为2n = 24,染色体基数为X=12,K(2n) =24=14m+10sm. 蕺菜属通过染色体非整倍性增加(X=12)和多倍化(2n = 8X = 96)进行演化,根据该属的高倍性,可确定为科内较为进化的类群.
Abstract:
Karyological studies were carried out in Saururus chinensis and Houttuynia cordata. Results show that the original number of chromosomes of Saururus chinensis is X=11 and its diploid is 2n=22, 2n=22=4m+16 sm+2 st. It is the same as the most primitive group of the Saururaceae. The basic number of chromosomes of Houttuynia cordata is X=12,its diploid is 2n=24,2n=24=14 m+10 sm. Houttuynia cordata was evolutioned by aneuploidy (X=12),polyploidy(2n=8X=96) of the karyotype. It should be placed higher in the family because of the higher ploidy of it’s genus.
