摘要:
应用杂交瘤技术获得针对胰岛素和胰岛素原的各4株稳定分泌单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞.其中4株分泌胰岛素单克隆抗体的细胞( N_I_1、N-I-7 、N-I-13 、N-I-15)所分泌的抗体亚型均为IgG1;分泌胰岛素原单克隆抗体的细胞株所分泌的抗体亚型分别为IgA( N-PI-1) , IgG1 ( N-PI-3 , N-PI-5)和IgG2a( N-PI-9 );所有抗体的轻链均为K型.所制备的胰岛素原单克隆抗体均不与胰岛素和C肽交叉反应,但所有胰岛素单克隆抗体均与胰岛素原交叉反应.
Abstract:
Four hybrid cell lines which stably secret the McAb to insulin and four hybrid cell lines which stably secret McAb to pro-insulin were established. The subspecies of the McAbs secreted by the four cell lines(N-I-1、N-I-7、N-I-13、N-I-15)to insulin are IgG1, and those of the McAbs secreted by the four cell. lines to pro-insulin are IgA(N-PI-1),IgG1(N-PI-3,N-PI-5) and IgG2a(N-PI-9). None of the McAbs of pro-insulin cross-react with insulin and C-peptide,while all the McAbs of insulin cross-react with pro-insulin.
