摘要:
针对目前国内班布特罗合成收率较低的情况,提出一条新的合成路线.以3, 5一二羟基苯乙酮为起始原料,经酯化一溴代—胺化—还原4步反应合成了班布特罗,各步反应简单,条件温和,总收率60. 80%,是迄今为止成本最低的工艺之一,为工业生产提供了较佳的合成路线.
Abstract:
To improve the synthesis of Bambuterol hydrochloride,Bambuterol hydrochloride was synthesized from 3, 5-dihydroxyacetophenone via four steps,esterification,bromination,amination and reduction.The overall yield of 60. 80% was two times higher than that of reported previously. The reaction conditions were mild and the processes were straight forward. A better industrial way for synthesis of Bambuterol hydrochloride is obtained.
