摘要:
从配伍稳定性、泡沫性能、乳化性能和脱脂性能方面研究羧甲基壳聚糖与表面活性剂的相互作用情况.结果显示:羧甲基壳聚糖与乳化剂OP配伍稳定性较好,对乳化剂OP的泡沫稳定性有增效作用,而对其乳化性能和脱脂性能影响不大;羧甲基壳聚糖与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵( C16 TAB )复配时在ω( C16 TAB )<5%下稳定,有良好的泡沫稳定作用; 当C16 TAB 与羧甲基壳聚糖的配比达到1: 1时,乳化力达最大值,但对其脱脂性能影响不显著.
Abstract:
The interaction between carboxy methyl chitosan(CMCH)and various kinds of surfactants have been studied for compatibility, foaming properties, emulsifying capacity and degreasing capacity. Results showed that complex systems of CMCH and Emulsor OP had good compatibility. CMCH markedly improved the foam stability of Emulsor OP, but gave little effect on emulsifying capacity and degreasing capacity. Complex systems of CMCH and hexadechyl trimethyl ammonium bromide( C16 TAB ) were compatible when。ω( C16 TAB)<5%,and also had excellent foam stability. And the ratio of m( C16 TAB)to m(CMCH) of 1 to 1 in the complex system gave the maximum emulsifying capacity and showed no obvious effection, the degreasing capacity.
