摘要:
提出一种新型电火花加工工作液过滤装置,介绍其循环处理系统及工艺流程.该液循环处理系统可以实现: ①混粉电火花加工时,可分离出混粉工作液中80%以上的加工渣,实现混粉加工在线除渣; ②更换混粉工作液或从混粉加工向普通加工转换时,可分离粉末添加剂和加工渣,实现工作液的再次利用; ③普通电火花加工时,可将加工渣从工作液中分离,实现普通工作液在线除渣.
Abstract:
A new filteration system for EDM was designed, which can be integrated into a re-circulation system for working liquids. The theoretical basis for the circulation system was introduced. The new circulation system has several advantages over traditional systems. First, about80% of the working-dregs can be separated from the powder-mixed dielectric fluid while the system is working. Second, the powder additive and working-dregs can be separated from the working liquid so that the liquid can be used repeatedly. And third, in ordinary EDM systems, working-dregs can be separated from working fluid on line.
