摘要:
介绍一台基于37驱动单元Xinetics变形镜、17×17微透镜阵列Shack Hartman波前像差传感器、Quantix12位高速帧传输科研级CCD相机以及超辐射二极管耦合多模光纤的自适应光学视网膜相机,得到了患者视网膜上不同位置清晰的单细胞图像和视网膜表面毛细血管图像, 计算出不同区域锥状感光细胞的密度, 测量了视网膜上毛细血管的血流速度, 展示出这种基于自适应光学的高速高空间分辨视网膜成像技术在眼科临床上的广泛应用前景。
Abstract:
An adaptive optics retina camera that consists of a Xinetics 37 deformable mirror, a 17 x 17 microlens array Shack-Hartman wavefront sensor, a Quantix 12 bit high speed scientific-grade CCD camera and a multi-mode fiber coupled superluminescent diode was pacsented. Sharp images of single photoreceptor cells and retinal capillaries at different positions on the retina were acquired,from which cell density and blood flow speed in capillaries were obtained. This demonstrates potential applications of high spatio-temporal resolution adaptive optical retinal imaging technology in vision science.
