摘要:
讨论了适用于PAL电视制式的转镜-振镜结构激光扫描系统,计算了转镜的面数和转速、反射面长度间的关系. 重点讨论了反射面的长度对入射光束直径的限制,以及转镜的面数对扫描画面曝光量的影响. 结果表明,在面数为40,半径为40mm的情况下,光束直径最大不得超过0.81mm;转镜面数越多,画面曝光量越均匀.
Abstract:
The polygonal-mirror laser scanning system for PAL standard TV was discussed. The relationships between the polygon facet number and its rotating speed, the reflection facet length were presented. The limitation of the reflection facet length on the beam diameter was stressed. Influence of polygon facet number on the exposure amount was discussed. It was found that the maximum diameter of incident beam diameter was 0.81 mm when the facet number 40 and the polygonal-mirror diameter was 40 mm; and that the more the polygonal-mirror facets are, the more homogeneous the exposure amount is.
