摘要:
从密集波分复用(DWDM)光网络的发展需求出发, 评述目前支撑光网络关键性光子器件的发展现状, 指出光器件集成芯片、光电子系统集成芯片, 尤其是以Si 为平台的系统集成芯片和规模化产品技术的研发是未来光电子的发展趋向.
Abstract:
The current trend of key integrated photonic devices supporting the development of optical network is discussed based on the development need of dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM). It is pointed out that the prospect of future photoelectron technique is dependent on the research and development of optical devices IC, photoelectron IC, particularly system-on-chip and large-scale products based on the material of Si .
