摘要:
运用系统工程理论, 分析共同沟对城市系统的影响, 论述市政共同沟规划的主要原则, 提出层次化和模块化的共同沟规划设计概念及方法. 指出有效运用共同沟技术的关键在于规划; 共同沟不仅能改进市政管线的敷设方式以及消除管线敷设的外部费用, 提高城市建设的效率, 有利于促进城市的可持续发展, 而且可以克服城市规划与市政管线发展变化之间的矛盾, 有利于城市规划的有效实施, 有利于促进城市规划和建设观念的革新.
Abstract:
The paper, according to the theory and methods of system engineering, analyzed the impacts of utility tunnel on city and its planning, and put forward main principles and systemizing design methods of it. The main point for efficient utilization of utility tunnel is its planning. The advantages of utility tunnel are: promoting city development in an orderly and sustainable way; improving the outdated technique; eliminating the external cost in laying pipelines; overcoming the contradiction between city planning and pipeline changes and promoting concepts reform in city planing and city construction.
