摘要:
分析深圳市东江水源工程管理处永湖泵站液控阀阀位漂移成因,主要是厂家设计选型失误.提出阀门自动复位装置及碟式制动器改造方案,实验表明该方案能抑制阀位漂移,满足泵站运行要求.
Abstract:
This paper analyzes the reasons for the drift of hydraulic control butterfly valve in Yonghu Pump Station of Dongjiang Water Source Project of Shenzhen. It is informed that the drift was caused mainly by the inappropriate design of the manufacturer, especially, the rotary vane valve actuators is not suitable for Yonghu Pump Station. The new-rebuilt plans for the automatic replacement device of the valve and dishing arrester are presented. The drift of hydraulic control butterfly valve is eliminated.
