摘要:
将GMK雾化器经改造后作为连续氢化发生装置,与ICP/AES联用后测定氢化元素,等离子体放电稳定,信号噪音小.元素的检出限比常规气动雾化降低1-2个数量级,相对标准偏差低于5%,回收率约为90%,可用于日常分析测定.
Abstract:
Stop-flow GMK nebulizer has been used as a hydride generation device. The characteristics of the device were evaluated by means of measurements of As、Sb、Se detection limits and the repetition for the multi-measurements. The system has been applied to the analysis of biological samples. The recovery rates of selenium are about 90%. The results are satisfactory when compared with the standard reference material.
