摘要:
采用分步聚合方法,制备以聚吡咯膜为载体的葡萄糖氧化酶电极,探讨该电极的生物电化学响应特性和实用性,以及电位、pH值、温度和浓度等对电极响应的影响.实验表明,该电极的线性响应范围为(1.0*10-6—2.0*10-2)mol/L,响应时间为9s,具有良好的重现性和高选择性,且可显著提高酶电极的耐温能力.
Abstract:
A glucose oxidase (GOD) electrode with polypyrrole (PPy) membrane as the immobilizing medium was prepared by a multiple-step process. The bioelectrochemical response characteristics and applicability were investigated. Experimental results show that the electrode’s linear response ranges from 1.0*10-6 to 2.0*10-2 mol/L with a response time of 9s. The electrode is of good repeatability and high selectability, with its temperature-insistant substantially improved.
