摘要:
介绍了调谐紫外激光器的应用及各种产生调谐紫外激光输出的原理和方法,并对其进行对比,指出紫外调谐激光器向全固体化、小型化发展的趋势.
Abstract:
The tunable ultraviolet laser applications and ways to produce tunable ultraviolet laser are introduced. Comparison between various kinds of ultraviolet lasers indicates the development trend of them is all-solid-state and miniaturization.
