采用结构紧凑的固体二极管泵浦内腔倍频的Nd:YVO4激光器作泵浦源,长度为3mm的钛宝石晶体作增益介质,利用石英棱镜对腔内色散进行补偿,在腔内未加其它任何调制、振荡或启振元件时实现了全固化飞秒激光器的软光阑自锁模稳定运转.测得脉冲的中心波长为816nm,光谱半宽为85nm,可支持的变换极限脉冲宽度约7.8fs.动态测量分析了自锁模对激光器运行特性(含输出功率,光斑强度分布等)的影响.
Abstract:
The 3mm length of Ti∶sapphire crystal is pumped by a very compact solid-state diode-pumped, frequency-doubled Nd∶Vanadate (Nd∶YVO4) laser, and a pair of silicon prisms are used for intra-cavity dispersion compensation. The all-solid-state stable self-mode-locking femtosecond laser is demonstrated without modulators, speakers and any other starting elements. The central wavelength of measured spectra is 816nm, and the FWHM is 85nm which can support 7.8fs optical pulse. In addition, the dynamics of self-mode-locking is observed and analyzed.
