摘要:
论述了目前真空物理中流导计算公式的错误及其原因.论证了气体状态方程不适用于气体定常粘性流,着重指出不可压缩性假定与状态方程间的排斥和矛盾.并提出了较为合理的流导定义.对矩形截面流管中气体定常粘性流速度分布公式提出了修正意见.
Abstract:
In this paper some new discussions on several important issues of vacuum physics are presented .It is proved that the ideal gas equation can not be applied in the case of viscous gas flow. It is also pointed out that the formulae of calculation of the flow conductance in physics of vacuum are wrong because of the incompressibility of the steady flow of viscous gas in contradiction to the ideal gas equation.
A new and more reasonable definition of the flow conductance is suggested.
