摘要:
用气相色谱法同时快速定量测定丙烯菊酯、胺菊酯和氯氰菊酯等除虫菊酯的混合物.采用色谱柱为5% OV-101 Chromosorb W HP,氢火焰离子化检测器.色谱条件为:柱温240℃,进样器和检测器温度260℃;载气用氮气,流速25 mL/min.以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物,所有物质在4 min内完全分离.对合成样品进行分析,测得回收率分别为98.3%,96.0%和100.5%,精密度(RSD)分别为1.26%,1.18%和0.77%.
Abstract:
A rapid gas chromatography method for the analysis of allethrin, tetramethrin and cypermethrin has been established. The compounds are separated with a stainless steel column packed with 5% OV-101 Chromosorb W HP, and detected with a FID detector. The chromatographic conditions are as follows: the temperature is 240℃for column, 260℃for injector and detector; the carrier gas is nitrogen, 25 ml/min. Dibutyl phthalate is used as the IS. Under these conditions, all components are separated within 4 minutes. For sample analysis, the recoveries are 98.3%, 96.0% and 100.5%, and the coefficients of variation are 1.26%, 1.18% and 0.77% for allethrin, tetramethrin and cypermethrin respectively. This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
