摘要:
对自制黄芪多糖II(其为D-葡聚糖,分子量约为12300)和市售D-葡聚糖(分子量在15000-20000)进行硒化反应后,用在小鼠上具有各种免疫作用。为得到高含硒量的黄茂多糖和葡聚糖,本文在硒化条件上进行了深入探索,实验证明:提高样品含硒量的关键是硒化试剂用量和硒化反应时间。样品重量(g ) /硒化剂量(mL) 以11最佳,硒化反应时间约1d~2d为宜。在上述反应条件下,得到含硒量高达16820及403μg/g的硒化黄芪多糖II和硒化葡聚糖.
Abstract:
Seleno-reaction products of self-made A stragalan II (a kind of D-dextrans, Mn=12300) and market sold D-dextran (Mn=15000~20000) were found to have immunological effects on mice. In order to enhance Se content in the products, detailed studies on Seleno-reaction conditions were conducted. It was found that the key factors were the dosage of Seleno-agent and reaction time. It is recommended that the weight ratio of sample to Seleno-agent is one, and the reaction time is 1~2 day. Under these conditions, Se content in Selenoastragalan and Selenodextran can reach 16820 and 4031μg/g, respectively.
