摘要:
针对铝型材在高温挤压过程中,模具工作带会出现划痕的问题,用实验方法模拟了热挤压模具材料4CrsMoV1Si(即 H13)在高温保护润滑剂保护下的性能,论证了热挤压模具的工作带在高温的情况下,加热时间长了就会出现软带、软点现象,说明在铝型材挤压的工作温度(400~500℃)下,高温保护润滑剂具有保护作用,分析了在有、无保护润滑剂条件下热挤压材料4Cr5MoV1Si表面性能的状态,实验表明在有保护润滑剂保护的情况下,可改善模具材料工作表面的氧化腐蚀程度。
Abstract:
Soft belt and pits will appear in the aluminum hot extrusion die if the die is preheated for a long time at a high temperature (about 400~ 500℃).After being extruded, the working belt of die has some scars and scales on it, and these scars and scales are the chief defects of the die. The hot protecting lubricants have a great protecting effect on the surface of the hot extrusion material (4Cr5MoV1Si).The extent of the oxide corrosion on the working surface of the die material can be improved by hot protecting lubricants
