摘要:
采用仪器中子活化分析与 X-ray 荧光谱分析手段, 对 Cr-12 钢进行比对鉴定 ,两种方法结果吻合 ,文中着重对 X 荧光分析的典型样品 Fe 、Cr 合金的分析作了探讨.
Abstract:
INAA and X -ray fluorescence spectrometic analysis are used to identify Cr -12 steel , and both results are matched each other .The X-ray fluorescence spectrometic analysis method for some typical samples is discussed.
