摘要:
海洋结构物如海洋石油平台等 ,在其工作寿命内承受一系列载荷 ,如固定载荷 、变动载荷和环境载荷.其主要载荷属随机性质, 焊接接头往往成为结构物的危险部位.本文研究了 A537 钢焊接接头在随机疲劳载荷作用下,疲劳裂纹的扩展行为,及载荷比和频率对疲劳裂纹扩展的影响.按试验结果, 建议:da/dB =1.71×10-10(ΔKrms)4.54可用于估算焊接接头疲劳裂纹的扩展 .
Abstract:
Offshore structure is subjected to a number of loadings , such as permanent , live ,and environ-mental loads ,during its lifetime .The dominating loading is random in nature .Thus ,welded joints usually become the critical parts of the structure .This paper presents a comparative study on the fatigue crack grow the behavior of welded joints of steel A537 under random fatigue loading ,and on fatigue crack propagation under influences of load ratio as well as frequency .Basic on the test results ,the equation ,
da/dB =1 .71 ×10-10(ΔK rms)4.54 is proposed for estimating the fatigue crack growth of welded joint of stell A537 .
