摘要:
从黄芪根中提取黄芪多糖II,其为D-葡聚糖,分子量约为12300,用在小鼠上具有各种免疫作用.本文利用具有酰氯结构的硒试剂分别与自制黄芪多糖II和D-葡聚糖(分子量在15000~20000)反应,经透析,得到含硒量高达5115及14294μg/g的硒化葡聚糖和硒化黄芪多糖II.初步推论硒化多糖的结构为硒化试剂与单糖上两个顺式相邻羟基形成五元环的亚硒酸酯.
Abstract:
Astragalan II was separated from astragalus root. Astragatan II was a kind of D-dextrans, with the molecular weight of 12300. Astragalan H possessed wide variaties of immunological effect on mice.
We let a special seleno-agant with acetylchloride structrue react with self-made Astragalan II and D-dextrans (mol eculer weight range: 15000 — 20000) to form selenopolysaccharides. After selenicous ion was removed by dialysis, the selanium content of selenoastragalans II and selenodextrans could reach 5115 and 14294 jug/g, respectively.
The preliminary conclusion was that the seleno - agent (SeOCh) reacted with two hydroxies, which had the cis-configuralion and were adjecent to each other in monosaccharides of the polysaccharides, to form pentatomic ring compound of selenite.
