摘要:
采用Williamson反应 合成了支化聚氧化乙烯,并在采用IR、13CNMR、DSC方法进行表征的基础上,采用静态先散射(StaticLightScattering,简称 SLS)、熔流指数(MeltFlowIndex,简称MFI)、动态热机械性能分析 (DynamicMechanicalThermalAnalysis,简称DMTA)、导电性等方法,对掺盐以后聚合物的性质进行了表征及研究.SLS 和MFI两实验表明样品中存在着接枝现象,由MFI的测定表明了粘度的增加,聚合物与LiClO4混合物的Tg和Tm由DMTA测定.另外还对聚合物—盐 混合物的导电性进行了测定.结果表明,支化和线型聚合物除在熔流指数上有所减少之外,在包括导电性能等方面并没有明显的差别.
Abstract:
A Branching Poly Oxyethylene (B —POE) was synthesized with willwamson reaction. Characterization by IR,13C NMR, DSC in the structure, the properties of B-POE salt mixture were measured by SLS, MFI, DMTA and electric conductivity method. The Results of SLS and MIF experi¬ment showed that the viscosity of B-POE was increased with increase in its branching degree. The results of the measurement showed that MFI of the branching POE was less than that of a linear POE, and there was no obvious difference in conductivity properties by branching.
