摘要:
通过对装有光柵数显装置的机床及测量设备工作台定位误差的检测分析,提出了一种非线性定位误差在线补偿方法,并设计研制了一套具有非线性误差在线补偿的光栅数显系统。利用这套系统对机床工作台进行补偿前后的实测数据显示,可将系统定位精度提高一个数量级。
Abstract:
Based on measuring and analyzing position error of a machine bench installed with grating rule,a method of on-line non-linear error compensation is proposed. A new numerical coordinate device with grating rule developed. The experimental results showed that the total error of the machine bench after compensation could be reduced to 1/10 in all moving range.
