摘要:
研制的几种涂膜保鲜剂,具有半透性膜的特性,覆盖于果实表面,既可减少果实水分的蒸发,又能保持一定的通透性.保鲜剂的组成不同,膜的通透性 及保鲜效果也各异,其中含少量抗氧化剂或防腐剂的保鲜剂,能显著提高保鲜效果.
Abstract:

Four semipermeable film preservatives , whcih are suitable for fruit surface coating and characterized by the venlitation and the decrease in water evaporation,have been fabricated. It is found that the doping with a small amount of anti-oxidant or anti-septics can raise the perservation efficiency considerably.
