摘要:

传统比例积分微分(PID)控制器参数整定过程繁琐,对系统参数和环 境的变化缺乏自适应性.本文介绍利用IBM PC微机软件代替传统PID控制 器,把PID控制与计算机的辑判断功能结合起来,使PID控制灵活,能满足生产过程的要求.

Abstract:

A new control system, which takes the advantage of the proportional-integral-differential(PID) algorithm and the computer judgment function, has been presented. Compared with the traditional PID controller,the new system is more flexible as it is used in the temperature control of plastic injecting machine.
