摘要:
采用以水代替有毒有机溶剂的乳化法合成蔗糖酯,对产品的酸性、羟基值、酯化度、HLB值、单酯含量进行了分析测定,从理论上探讨了反应机理及实现反应的条件.所合成的蔗糖醋的HLB体在14.8~16.1之间,具有乳化、润湿、增溶和去污作用.
Abstract:
Sucrose esters are prepared by emulsion. Water is used as solvent instead of toxicant organic solvent. The AV Hydroxyl value, ester value, HLB, and mono-ester of the products are analyzed, and the reaction mechanism and factors are discussed theoretically. The HLB of the products is between 14.6~16.1.
