摘要:
介绍了在进行三峡工程对环境与生态影响的综合评价的准备工作;用系统工程的思想,建立综合评价指标体系、环境受影响程度的等级划分和评价标准,给出多级线性加权和模糊数学评判模型以及权值的分配原则和方法.
Abstract:
Before making the comprehensive evaluation of impact of large hydroelectric projects of the Three Gorges on environment and ecology,preparing work is first introduced. According to system engineering principles, an index system for comprehensive evaluation on environment and ecology is presented. Based on such system, a classification and the relevant standards for the degree evaluation of the influence on environment are proposed. A weighted muti-level linear model and a fuzzy mathematical model for comprehensive judgement,and a principle and method of distributing weighting values are introduced. The method is applied to evaluate the environment impact of the Three Gorges project.
