摘要:
分析了邻近原子间相互作用对电子表面局域态的贡献,研究了次邻近原子间相互作用对表面局域态性质的影响,应用格林函数法,在一定近似下,求出了复杂作用下所形成的表面态的性质和特点.
Abstract:
The effect on the surface state with zero-energy and non-zero-energy for the dimerized one-dimensional finite and semi-infinite long chain solid under the next nearest neighbor atom interaction is investigated using the Green function method, and some new results are presented.
