摘要:
利用瑞利-芬罗理论,计算了超晶格和覆盖层的界面有周期性余弦栅格时的等离子休界面膜.计算表明:在布里渊区边界,界面波有强烈的散射,而在色散曲线上形成间隙.文内给出计算的公式和部分参数的计算结果.
Abstract:
Interface plasmon modes in enbeded grating between superlattace and overlayer are calculated based on Rayleigh Fano theory. The calculation shows that the interface modes are strongly scattered at the boundaries of Brillouin Zones, and the band gaps are formed in the dispersion curves of the interface modes. The calculation formulism and some numerical results of computation are presented.
