摘要:
探讨了在β-环糊精(简称β-CD)存在的情况下,铜试剂(二乙胺基二硫代甲酸钠,简称DDTC)与铜的显色反应。研究结果表明,在水相中β-CD对DDTC-Cu的显色反应具有良好的增敏效果,对生成的有色体具明显的增稳保护作用,文中还以DDTC-Cu-β-CD的水相反应体系直接比色测定了市售奶粉等样品中的微量铜,并同时与国家标准DDTC法相比较,测定结果一致,精密度符合检测要求。
Abstract:
A color reaction of copper with sodium Diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC)is studied using spectrophotometry in the present of β一Cyclodextrin(β一CD). The experiment results showed thatβ一CD had increased sensitivity in the color reaction and the reaction product was stable. This method has been used to measure trace Cu( Q)in dairy products,bean products and oatmeal. Compared with the national standard DDTC method,the measurements using β一CD were the same,and the precision was consistent.
