摘要:
研究了酪蛋白在无引发剂条件下与甲基丙希酸甲酯(MMA)及其他单体的接枝聚合反应,通过大量实验确定了较佳反应条件,探讨了有关反应因素对接枝率的影响,对接枝共聚物用红外(IR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)及热重分析(TG)方法进行了表征,与未接枝的酪蛋白相比,接枝改性的酪蛋白的抗酸性、贮存稳定性、成膜性等获得了显著改善。
Abstract:
The graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate and other vinyl monomers onto casein is discussed. The important factors affecting the graft reaction are investigated,and the grafted casein is characterized by FTIR,DSC and TG. Compared with the ingrafted casein,the grafted casein is greatly improved in thermal stability,water resistance and acid resistance.
