摘要:
给出了多波长激光干涉计量的逐级精化理论、级间过渡条件、向单波长干涉计量过渡条件、合成波组合条件等,论证了一系列激光器可用于近代多波长干涉计量,在理论上和实用上都具有重要意义。
Abstract:
The refining theory by making accuracy from level to level on multi一wavelength laser interferometry or absolute distance interferometry,the conditions to transfer to single wavelength interferometry,and the principles of composing synthetic wavelength are presented in this paper.
