摘要:
详细分析了热噪声、消光比及码型干扰对IMDD系统光前放接收机的影响,给出了相应的计算公式与讨论结果,并建立了2.5Gb/s光前放接收机实验系统,实测结果表明理论与实验吻合良好,其误差≤0.5dB。
Abstract:
The influence of thermal noise,extinction ratio and input shape interference on the optically pre一amplified receiver used in IMDD systems is discussed in this paper, and the related formulas are derived. An experimental system of 2. 5 Gb/s optically pre一amplified receiver is established. Experiment showed that the errors of the measurements apart from the theory were not greater than 0. 5 dB.
