摘要:
本文采用主发酵罐与流料罐分离的方式,连续流加无机盐PS、酸性盐A、氮基酸GS等营养物质和调节代谢物,在50m3大罐中工业化生产,将赤霉素生产周期约缩短为150小时,产率约为1550μg/ml,大幅度降低了生产成本,缓解了赤霉素供需矛盾,产生了较大的经济效益。
Abstract:
This paper introduces a process to produce Gibberellin that uses the main fermentation jar and the fluid jar separately,adds nutritious substances, such as inorganic salts PS,acid salts A, amino acid GS,etc.,and adjusting metabolite continuously and flowingly. The production period of Gibberellin is reduced from 200 hours of traditional process to 150 hours by using this process, the output reaches about I 550μg/ml.
