摘要:
本文给出了一个制作大面积均匀激光散斑接触网屏的光学系统,并用该系统制得了500×600的散斑网屏。实验结果与理论分析表明,这种网屏和普通网屏相比,具有许多明显的优点,并已获国家发明专利。
Abstract:
An optical system to manufacture contact screens with uniformly distributed laser speckles on a large film is developed. A screen of size of 500 X 600mm2 was made using this system. Theoretical analysis shows that this screen is much more advanced than the common used one,which was also confirmed by the experimental measurements. The system has been patented in China[1].
