摘要:
大规模集成电路技术发展已可将半导体器做到亚微米到纳米数量级。在这个尺寸下,电子的波动行为突出,遵循量子力学规律。本文综述了二维电子、量子导线和量子微粒中的电子行为,并指出单子过程在单电子电子学新领域中的可能应用。
Abstract:
Large Scale Integrated Circuit(LSIC) technology has developed to be able to manufacture semiconductor devices of size of submicronmeters to nanometers. In the submicronmeter scale.electrons show their wave properties that obey quantum mechanism. This paper reviews the behavior and the basic properties of electrons in two一dimension,quantum wires and quantum granule,and discusses some possible applications in Single Electronics.
