摘要:
光前置放大器在强度调制——直接检测(IMDD)系统中的应用,使常规的IMDD系统灵敏度接近了同类外差接收机的指标,而在系统可靠性、稳定性和成本等方面则优于外差接收系统。本文从理论上分析了IMDD系统光前放接收机的噪声和灵敏度特性,给出了具体计算公式。这些计算公式均以系统元部件可测参数来表示,因此对实际的系统设计和性能评价有重大实用价值。
Abstract:
The application of optically pre一amplified receiver in conventional Intensive Modulation-Direct Detection (IMDD) systems makes its sensitivity close to the sensitivity of heterodyne detection systems. The noise and sensitivity in conventional IMDD systems with optically pre一amplified receivers are analyzed theoretically. Formulas based on the directly measurable parameters of the system are proposed,which can be applied to system design and evaluation.
