Abstract:
Trinuclear Ruthenium complex of trans- configuration has been synthesized and characterized by element analysis,IR and UV-VIS spectrum. Different mixed valence complexes are obtained by Ce(SO4)2.The intramolecular electron transfer is studied with UV-VIS-N1R spectrum. Different kinds of transitions are found,including the inter-valence transfer(IT)between ruthenium atoms of adjacent moieties, The valence delocalization Parameter a2 and the electron matrix element HAB are calculated from the parameters of the IT spectrum.
