摘要:
本文从化学角度阐述了分子电子器件的基本原理和功能,讨论了分子整流器,分子逻辑门和分子导线等3种分子器件,并从理论上分析了这类分子器件的可靠性.由此表明“合成”分子计算机的可能性和目前光化学研究的重要性及其潜在应用前景.
Abstract:
The basic principle and functions of molecular electronic devices are described on the basis of chemistry. Three kinds of molecular devices,including molecular rectifier,molecular logic gate and molecular wire are discussed in details and their reliabilities are analysized theoretically. It shows the possibility of "synthisizing" molecular Compute,and so also indicates the importance in photochemistry researches at present and the potential application in the future.
