摘要:
本文介绍一种用光纤消逝波探测荧光的方法.研究了光纤表面介质折射率匹配对于激发荧光及导回荧光的影响。所用的光纤是包层为硅橡胶,芯径为200μm的石英光纤,激发光为氮离子488nm谱线。试验结果表明,这种方法有可能发展成为一种有实用价值的免疫检测手段。
Abstract:
A method of detecting fluorescence by using evanescent wave on optical fiber surface is reported in this paper. The authors studied the influence of refraction index match on the excitation and returning of fluorescence. The fiber used is with silicone rubber cladding and with 200μm fusel quartz core. Exciting light is from Ar+ laser 488nm line. This study shows, it is possible to develop this method to be a practical mean of immunoassay.
