摘要:
本文研究了不同操作条件下,大蒜浆液超滤过程中渗透流量随时间变化的关系;考察了蒜蛋白等大分子在不同超滤膜中的吸附特性,进一步确定了这些大分子在超滤膜中的吸附对渗透流量的影响.实验结果表明:通过搅拌可迅速提高大蒜浆液在超滤过程中的渗透流量;采用亲水膜作为超滤膜比采用疏水膜的效果更为显著,亲水膜对蒜蛋白等大分子的作用力及吸附量也比疏水膜小,较适合于大蒜油草取工艺中的破乳过程;大蒜油在渗边液中的浓度及膜污染程度都受料液pH值影响,最适宜的pH值约在4.5附近.
Abstract:
The changes of permeate flux with time in ultrafiltration of garlic solution and different operation conditions are studied.The adsorption of macromolecules in the garlic solution, such as proteins,pectins etc,on different kinds of membranes are also investigated in order to determine the effect of macromolecular adsorption for membranes on permeate flux. The results show that there is a rapid increase in permeability with stirring. The recovery of hydraulic permeability is much larger for hydrophilice membranes than hydrophobic membranes which appear to retain garlic proteins; Pectins-etc. more strongly. The experimental results also indicate that the hydrophobic membranes have larger equilibrium amount of macromolecules adsorbed than hydrophilice membranes which seems to be more suitable for the process of garlic oil recovery. Both garlic oil concentration in permeate and membrane fouling are strongly pH dependent? the best pH for this process seems to be at pH 4.5.
