摘要:
本文介绍由晶体管逆变器供电的永磁式交流同步电机位置伺服系统。该系统把快速的定子电流滑模调节,先进的力矩矢量调节和高精度的转速及位置数字调节结合起来,具有响应快,控制精度高,电流波形好,可靠性强等优点。文中根据旋转磁场理论导出了交流同步电机的数学模型,阐明了同步电机的力矩矢量调节原理以及电流滑模调节原理,同时,还对系统结构、特点、硬件组成,实验结果作了介绍。
Abstract:
This paper describes a high performance servosystem of synchronous motor of permanent magnet fed by transistors inverter. The techniques of regulation of stator currents in sliding mode, vector control of electromagnetic torque by transformation of coordinates and digital state control of rotating speed and position by micro-computer are well used in the system, which possess the advantages of quick response, high precision of control, nice waveform of stator currents and high reliability . This paper deduces the model of synchronous motor of permanent magnet, makes clear the principle of vector control of torque of the motor and the principle of sliding mode control of stator currents and presents the structure, the characteristics and the hardware of the system and the results of experiments.
