在不同温度下焙烧处理HZSM-5沸石;用粉末X射线衍射、扫描电镜、固体27AL-NMR研究了样品的结构变化;所得NH3-TPD,IR谱表征了样品的表面酸性;在甲苯歧化反应中考察了其催化性能。结果发现:ZSM-5沸石经高温焙烧后发生了结构脱Al,生成了无定型、酸性极弱的氧化铝,致使样品的结晶度下降,酸性降低,B酸向L酸转化;由焙烧ZSM-5催化的甲苯歧化反应,甲苯的转化率下降,对二甲苯的选择性升高。由此得出:甲苯歧化的活性由催化剂的表面酸量决定。对二甲苯选择性主要由酸类型控制。
Abstract:
HZSM-5 zeolites ware calcined at different temperatures. The structure of calcined zeolites was determined by powder X-ray diffraction, SEM, 27Al-NMR.The surface acidity of the zeolites was characterized by TPD of NH3,1R spectrum. Toluene disproportionation was carried out on these zeolites. It was shown that 4-co-ordinated Al was moved out from the zeolites to form 6-co-ordinated Al, accompanied by decreasing of crystallinity, decreashng of concentratration of surface acid and turning Bronsted acid to lewis acid. The conversion of toluene is decreased in toluene disproportionation with calcined zeolites as catalyst, but the selectivity to para-xylene was increased. A conclusion can be drawn that the conversion activity of toluene to xylene was determined by the concentration of surface acid, and the selectivity to para-xylene was mainly controlled by the acid type on the surface of the zeolites.
