本文研究了由环氧乙烷 (EO) 和环氧丙烷 (PO) 组成的 EO/PO/EO 三嵌段以及 (EO-PO ) 无规 /PO/ (EO-PO) 无规 两类共聚醚破乳剂。破乳实验证明,对于第一类破乳剂,当 EO 的重量百分含量在 20 40% 之间时,破乳脱水效果较好,而对于第二类破乳剂,则希望 (EO-PO) 无规 链中 PO 含量处于较低水平 . 本文还用 13 CNMR 时上述两类破乳剂进行了表征 .
Abstract:
Triblocks copolymers E/P/E and (EP) statistical/P/(EP) statistical copolymers of ethylene oxide (EO) and propylene oxide (PO) have been prepared and characterized. The demulsifying tests of these samples with crude oil have been carried out. The results show that both these two kinds of copolyether demulsifiers have good demulsifying ability when the EO weight contents are between 20%-40% and the PO contents in the (EP)statistical blocks are controlled at low level.
