本文介绍了一种新的交联聚醚的研究情况。即用丙三醇引发的聚氧乙烯作为预聚物与甲苯二异氰酸酯进行交联,并在交联的同时络合LiCF3SO3盐,形成交联聚合物电解质。研究内容包括:预聚物的合成及表征,交联及成膜工艺研究,聚合物电解质膜的性能研究等。研究表明,这种交联聚醚电解质相讨于线型改性聚醚电解质,具有较高的玻璃化温度和很好的力学性能,但导电性能尚有待提高。
Abstract:
A study of cross-linked polyether electrolytes has been presented. These materials are based on polyethylene oxide initiated by glycerin and cross-linked with toluene diisocyanate. The crosslinking process was carried out simultaneously with complexing of LiCF3SO3 to form the polymeric electrolytes network. Contents of this study intruded preparation and characterization of the network precursors, techniques of crosslinking and film preparation, properties of the polymer electrolytes, etc. The results show that, comparing with linear polyether electrolytes, this kind of cross-linked polyether electrolytes have higher glass transition temperatures and much better mechanic properties, but their conductivities need to be improved.
