摘要:
利用膜分离超滤法脱除大蒜浆液中的果胶、蛋白质等大分子,消除了溶剂萃取过程中的乳化现象,制得的大蒜油与水蒸汽蒸馏法所制得大蒜油成分一致,同时考察了超滤法中的浓差极化现象及操作压力对实验结果的影响.
Abstract:
Demulsification of garlic oil extraction with hexane was studied. UF membrant separation process was introduced to remove macromolecules such as proteins pectinsete which resulted in emulsion of the system. The essential compositions of the garlic oil made by this method consisted with that by the vapor distillition. Furthermore, the polarization of concentration in UF and the effect of operation pressure on flux were investigated.
